about

I began my career in content, working first as a proofreader, then as a technical editor. I transitioned into UX research and design in 2010 after completing the M.S. Information Architecture program at Illinois Institute of Technology.

In that time, I’ve been a designer, researcher, and manager across a range of products, from native apps to enterprise-level systems. In 2019, I joined the Training & Certification organization within AWS to build and manage its research practice, eventually managing all of T&C’s UX practice. In 2025, I moved to People Experience and Technology, where I manage research operations and logistics.
