in brief

I began my career in content, working first as a proofreader, then as a technical editor. I transitioned into UX research and design after completing the M.S. Information Architecture program at Illinois Institute of Technology in 2010.

In that time, I’ve worked on a range of products, from native apps to enterprise-level systems and in various environments, such as small startups and large, global companies. Currently, I manage UX research operations within Amazon.
